نبذه عن


Yasser F. Hendawy Al-Mahdy is a Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, Egypt. He previously served as Professor in the Department of Educational Foundations and Administration at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, where he also led the Educational Leadership and Administration Research Group. His work has appeared in leading international journals, including Teaching and Teacher Education, Educational Management Administration & Leadership, Leadership and Policy in Schools, and School Leadership & Management. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for several leading international journals. His research focuses on educational leadership, organizational change, teacher leadership, digital transformation in education, and the application of advanced quantitative methods, particularly structural equation modeling, in educational research. He is actively engaged in academic leadership, research capacity building, and international collaboration across the Middle East and beyond.
