Biography: Dr. Angie Reda Abdelhay Mohamed Aly El-Damak ORCID: 0000-0002-9088-7578 Google Scholar | Scopus | ResearchGate | LinkedIn Dr. Angie R. El-Damak is an Associate Professor of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. She is an accomplished academic and researcher with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, combining strong technical expertise with leadership in academic development, international cooperation, and innovation-driven research. Academic Background Dr. El-Damak earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University. She completed her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), Canada, where her research focused on advanced electromagnetic and photonics systems. Her academic career progressed from Demonstrator to Assistant Professor, and she was promoted to Associate Professor in recognition of her research productivity and academic contributions. Research Expertise and Interests Dr. El-Damak’s research is interdisciplinary, bridging theory and application in advanced electromagnetic systems.
