Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rasha Al-Didi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, in cooperation with Eng. Amal Shaaban, Director General of the General Administration of Media and Environmental Relations at the Ministry of Higher Education, and the implementation of Prof. Dr. Eman Taha, Director of the Alumni Unit and Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, the Graduate Follow-up Unit of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Arts, in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education represented by the Department of Media and Environmental Relations at the Ministry of Higher Education, organized a free course entitled: “Entrepreneurial Skills.. Born Idea Program” your project over the course of two days.

         
   
         

The course aimed to develop students’ skills in the field of leadership and leadership to achieve the desired goal, which is to find a capable graduate who has practical experiences needed by the labor market. New ones that are commensurate with the requirements of the labor market in Egypt, which has become more dependent on the study of entrepreneurship and how to plan projects in order to enable the student, especially in the final stages of study, to engage in many fields of work beside his academic specialization.

The course relied on dividing the students into small workshops for the preparation and planning of the proposed projects and training them in organized scientific thinking.

The students were trained by Dr. Mai El-Telawy is a consultant for human resources development, sustainable development and institutional development, expert in technical education and vocational training, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Egyptian Leaders for Development (LEAD)
