Ain Shams University honors the winners of the State Awards at its seventh scientific conference Internationalization and Mobilization

Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Sengab, Vice-President of Ain Shams University for postgraduate studies and research, and Chairman of the seventh scientific conference of the University, "Internationalization and Mobilization" announced the names of the honored people of the university conference and the winners of the state awards, namely: Prof. Mohamed Riad, professor at the Faculty of Arts and winner of the Nile Prize in the field of social sciences and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Shoman, winner of the prize for excellence in the field of social sciences.

The University also honored the winners of the State Appreciation Awards (Prof. Dr. Sayed Thabet Abdel Rahim in Basic Sciences, and Dr. Nancy Samir Al-Barbary in the field of Medical Sciences).

Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser held yesterday a preparatory meeting to find out the final arrangements for the seventh scientific conference of the University " Internationalization and Mobilization ", which is organized by the University in the period from 5 to 2 of April. It is under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, President of the University.

The deans and agents of the various faculties, the rapporteurs of the five sectors of the conference and a number of faculty members and the assisting body, attended the meeting.

Where President of the Conference, reviewed the most important achievements achieved by the University in various international classifications and the University's plan to achieve further successes in this regard.

He also discussed the arrangements for the granting of an honorary doctorate to the Egyptian scientist Dr. Farouk El-Baz as part of the opening activities of the conference.

In the presence of a number of Arab personalities, including His Highness Prince Nayef bin Thunayan Al Saud and the former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Dr. Ali Al Namla.
