The founder of the Egyptian Mevlevi in hospitality of Faculty of Arts

Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University will host Dr. Amer El-Tuni, founder of the Egyptian Mevlevi at a seminar entitled: “Mevlevi between the philosophy of Maulana and dervishes dance" on Monday, 20 March 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at faculty conferences hall.

The seminar is about the origin of the Mevlevi label and their relationship to mystic heritage and the extent of the Egyptian and global demand for this art and how to use it in the promotion and revitalization of tourism.

The seminar held in the framework of the cultural salon of the Department of Oriental Languages under the auspices of Prof. Suzan Keliny, dean of the university, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rania Fawzi, Head of the Department of Oriental Languages.
